SUMMARY:Board of Directors Monthly Meeting
DESCRIPTION:This meeting will be held in-person at our location in Stayton\, with video conference (Zoom)\, and by telephone. Please RSVP if you would like to attend in-person (as space is limited).  Contact at least 24 hours in advance by phone\, 503-391-9927 or the RSVP above. \nHB2560 requires that all Oregon public meetings held by a governing body of a public body\, excluding executive sessions\, must provide to members of the public an opportunity to access and attend the meeting by telephone\, video or other electronic or virtual means. \nOregon residents can file a written grievance with the Marion SWCD regarding a violation of the Public Meetings Law within 30 days of the alleged violation. The grievance should include details about the alleged violation and be submitted to the Marion SWCD District Manager for review. \nMarion SWCD prohibits discrimination in all its programs and activities on the basis of race\, color\, status\, religion\, sexual orientation\, genetic information\, political beliefs\, reprisal\, or because all or a part of an individual’s income is derived from any public assistance program.  Persons with disabilities who require alternative means for communication of program information (Braille\, large print\, audiotape\, etc.) should contact the District Manager at 503-871-7311 as soon as possible\, and at least 48 hours in\nadvance of the meeting.
