We will be getting a firsthand view of the new filtration system added to the City of Salem’s water treatment facility as well as following the course of where our water travels before and after we use it. Don’t miss this chance to get inspired to take action in preserving our community’s water resources!

8:30 am – Start at Office and coordinate carpool

9:00 am – arrive at Geren Island treatment facility in Stayton for our first tour.

11:00 am drive back to Stayton for lunch break

11-11:45 am – lunch in Stayton

11:45 – drive to Willow Lake Pollution Facility in Keizer

12:30 – arrive at second tour site and begin tour.

2:30- end tour and drive back to Stayton for carpoolers

3:00 – end tour at Stayton office
