Who may borrow tools?

• Anyone (individual, group, organization) that resides within the district’s boundaries (within Marion County, Oregon).

How long may a borrower have use of tools?

• Up to a maximum of 2-weeks, unless prior approval is granted for longer use.
• Equipment may not be available due to prior reservation(s) for use.

Does the borrower assume full responsibility for tools and use of tools?

• Yes. If lost or broken, borrower could be asked to replace with similar tool of equal quality/value.
• Use at your own risk. Borrower accepts all risk of tool use.
