Pacific Houndstongue

Plant Description

Herbaceous perennial with beautiful purple-blue flowers and large, fuzzy, tongue-like leaves. Flowers are borne on tall stems above the large leaves. Inhabits oak woodlands and works well in a woodland garden where it goes dormant during the dry season.
