Marion SWCD is proud to partner with Sustainable Silverton, OSU Extension, and Silverton Fire District to host a Wildfire Risk and Readiness Workshop at the Oregon Garden aimed at presenting key wildfire preparedness practices.

Topics to be discussed at this workshop include:

• Emergency preparedness basics
• Defensible space strategies
• How to work with your community to reduce wildfire risk
• How to use FireWise as a preparedness tool and more!
