Marion SWCD Annual Celebration 2026

Celebrating Our Conservation Community

Join Marion Soil and Water Conservation District for an evening celebrating the people who make conservation possible throughout Marion County.

Our Annual Celebration is an opportunity to come together, reflect on the past year, and recognize the many people who contribute to conservation in our community. We’ll share updates on what Marion SWCD has been up to over the past year, highlight a few of the programs and activities that have made an impact across the district, and celebrate the people who have been part of that work.

Guests will have an opportunity to explore displays, connect with the Marion SWCD team, and learn more about the work happening throughout the district. The evening will include highlights from the Little Habitat Project as it celebrates three years, updates on our native plant programs, and recognition of the volunteers, participants, and community members who help make these efforts possible.

Doors open: 5:30 p.m.
Program: 6:15–7:15 p.m.
Doors close: 8:00 p.m.
Location: Willamette Heritage Center, Salem

Free to attend. Registration is required.
Hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

Annual Meeting Notice

As part of the evening, Marion SWCD will conduct its Annual Meeting, including the District’s annual financial review. This portion of the evening is a public meeting and will be available virtually.

The Annual Celebration itself is an in-person event. Virtual access is provided for the Annual Meeting portion only.
