Cooley’s Hedgenettle

Plant Description

An herbaceous perennial in the mint family with non-stinging hairs and upright square stems. Hot pink to purple flowers with petals fused into a two-lipped tube top each upright stem. Flowers attract hummingbirds and bumble bees, and form an attractive clump in a partly-shaded section of the garden. Prefers moist areas.
