This is a special meeting called by the committee to discuss the topic of setting priority initiatives for the District grant programs. This was a Board directive to the NR committee, and during the last NR committee it was decided to bring it to staff to start a list of priorities for consideration. Please see the April 2026 draft meeting minutes in the packet for any additional insight to that discussion.  The staff has prepared a list of priorities and initiatives as well as a survey for Board and committee members to provide input.
