Join us for a Native Plant Celebration at Keizer Rapids Park on October 24th from 9-12.!

Connect with nature and our community as we replant a rain garden, learn about native plants and their role in supporting local wildlife and ecosystems, and enjoy a variety of activities.

• Get expert tips on native plant gardening from the Oregon State University Extension–Marion County Master Gardeners.
• Take a guided habitat hike with Marion County Soil and Water Conservation District and learn about the native plants, pollinators, and birds that call the park home. Guided hikes depart at 9:15, 10:15, and 11:15 a.m.
• Participate in a seed swap hosted by a local native plant group. Bring your Willamette Valley native plant seeds to participate.

Please register for the event HERE to receive additional information.
