Marion SWCD’s Conservation Learning Education and Resource (C.L.E.A.R.) Grant Program provides funding for projects and events that support the district’s mission to partner with people in support of thriving lands, clean water, and healthy habitats.

Projects must address one or more of the following areas:

• Water Quality & Conservation
• Soil Quality & Conservation
• Sustainable Land Use

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year and are considered during scheduled funding cycles, subject to available funds.

Application Deadlines:

• August 25, 2026
• October 27, 2026
• January 26, 2027
• March 30, 2027

Applications received on or before the application due date are considered for that funding cycle.

Note: Applications must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. on the application due date to be considered for that cycle.
