Plant Description

Stream violet is a shade-loving herbaceous perennial with heart-shaped leaves and cheerful yellow flowers in early spring to mid summer. Stream violet is a lovely groundcover whose flowers pop in a shady corner of the garden. It is the largest of our native violets, growing up to 1′ tall.
