Salem Urban Forester Milan Davis will talk about planting native trees, the preferred species to use, and some of the challenges in nursery availability and soil deficiency. Milan will also discuss the creation of corridors of native trees to allow birds and wildlife access to the Willamette River and to our larger natural areas.
